Return Policy

We accept returns only if they are not of your size, defective, damaged, or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that any of these, you should promptly contact us on CUSTOMERCARE@PARFAITLINGERIE.IN within 7 days from the date of delivery of product. PANTY/BABYDOLL/SWIMWEAR ARE NON-RETURNABLE DUE TO HYGIENE STANDARDS

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify your request has been accepted or rejected. Please allow 7 days from the day we receive the product for your request to be processed for it to be accepted or rejected. If the request is accepted, then the refund will be made to you back to your original mode of payment or your bank account. This entire process shall take 12-15 business days to complete.

Refund shall be made in case of return of products due to size issue/defective products/products not as per the original order or non-processing of order due to technical errors or cancellation of order. Please note that the Shipping charges Rs.250/- would not be included in the refund value of your order if applicable as these are non-refundable charges.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Parfait, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a replacement based on the conditions listed below:

·         Item received is physically damaged with relevant proof of images

·         Item received has missing parts or accessories

·         Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on www.parfaitlingerie.in

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 12 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on CUSTOMERCARE@PARFAITLINGERIE.IN. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request .Once the order is dispatched or shipped there will be no cancellation.

HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

To request a replacement, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a replacement. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on briefs, panties, bodysuit/babydoll and swimwear.
